![]() iShowU Audio Capture is an extension to OS X used by iShowU Studio and iShowU Instant to record audio from your computer. Our most popular product is iShowU Instant, the realtime video screen recorder. The problem is that when I hit play I hear my audio through my monitors (that's good), my mic is registering me talking in Mic/Aux (that's good), but I'm not getting anything registering in Mic/Aux 2 (that's bad). shinywhitebox specializes in apps that let you record video directly from the screen of your Mac. In Ableton my Audio Output is selected to AudioBox 22 VSL. In OBS I have the settings under Audio to Mic/Auxiliary Audio: Blue Snowball, and Mic/Auxiliary Audio 2: iShowU Audio Capture. I then went over to System Preferences/Sounds and have selected Multi-Output Device in Output, and Blue Snowball for input. Check the boxes for Built-in Output & iShowU Audio Capture in the 'Use' column. ![]() Click the '+' button at the bottom left of the window. I just downloaded them and installed the trial versions and the audio capture driver in that works fine. I have clicked on the AudioBox for Drift Correction. Install iShowU Audio Capture (link in checklist) like you installed Soundflower. iShowU isn't supported anymore as far as I know, it stopped working for me months ago, and had to install ShinyWhiteBox's new software that packages their new audio capture with that. I have made the AudioBox the Master Device. I setup a new Multi-Output Device in Audio Devices, I have clicked to enable iShowU Audio Capture, as well as my interface AudioBox 22 VSL. I have a Blue Snowball mic that I want to record audio into. I have an audio interface, AudioBox22VSL that my monitors are plugged into. Install iShowU Audio Capture (link in checklist) like you installed Soundflower. I've followed the directions correctly, I believe. Click the Allow button to allow the apps downloaded from the developer Shiny White Box Limited before launching the program again. ![]() I'm trying to record Ableton Live and not getting the audio out of my device.
